Frequently Asked Questions
Website maintenance for websites involves a series of tasks aimed at keeping your site running smoothly, securely, and up-to-date. Our plans include weekly CMS core & plugin updates, backups, monitoring and more. Monthly website maintenance is a proactive approach to ensuring your website remains current, secure, and functional.
Each plan has an allotted amount of time for website support each month. While we do our best to complete edits in that allotted time, complex web requests may require a formal quote as the time required for the requested change may exceed the maintenance plan’s support time.
Each website plan covers basic website edits:
- Text: Additions or deletions
- Photos: Additions or deletions
- Pages: Additions or deletions using existing page design
- Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move or delete item in navigation)
- Videos: Insertion or deletion of video on website (must already be uploaded to Vimeo or YouTube)
- Links: Additions or deletions
- Forms: Add reCAPTCHA to forms & testing
These website edits and tasks are not included in any of our maintenance plans, but are available as a quoted project.

Our monthly support time does not accumulate or carry over. Its purpose is to secure your spot in our schedule on a monthly basis. Regularly updating your content shows your website is active and current to your customers, and it also supports tasks like improving search engine rankings. We encourage you to make use of your allocated support time each month.
Each package covers 1 website. If you have multiple websites, contact us for a custom quote.
Yes! We are happy to assist with non-WordPress websites. Websites built in Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc., don’t require plugin updates but the website content and links still need to be monitored.
Yes, we can support existing WordPress websites. It may take us a month to get accustomed to your website and how it was developed before we can start any content updates. During this period, we will do our regular maintenance on the site (plugin & core updates, backups, monitoring) while assessing the website.
Updating your website yourself might seem easy, but it’s better to leave it to professionals. We have the skills to fix problems that may occur during CMS or plugin updates and have the ability to restore a backup quickly to get your site back up and running.
