“USA Luge is responsible for recruiting, developing, training, and supporting athletes to represent the United States at all levels of competition, including the Olympic Games. Most of our resources go to making the athletes and their sleds go as fast as possible, and we operate very lean on the marketing side. We needed help in creating a social media presence that went beyond just updating fans on race results. We needed help finding a consistent look and a consistent voice. Sitka helped us do both, and more.
Aside from creating visual templates for social media posts, creating posts, and working with USA Luge on a monthly posting schedule, Sitka also provided much-needed guidance. We did not have a LinkedIn account, which they created for us. They update the look of our social media channels on a regular basis. In short, Sitka serves as an additional staff member and has fully (and easily) integrated themselves into our operations.
We also received guidance and words of wisdom as we planned our first large social media advertising campaign surrounding the Lake Placid World Cup in December of 2023. This was uncharted territory and Sitka helped us navigate the waters in regards to messaging, placement, timing, and more.
