“I got started cleaning windows and gutters in 2011,” says Mr. Dasher. “In early 2012 I decided to start my own business, which offers gutter and light-fixture cleaning, pressure washing for home exteriors and roofs, and screen repair. All that, as well as the basic interior and exterior window cleaning.”
For the time being, Mr. Dasher is the owner and sole employee of Carlsbad Window Cleaning. “I am the one who takes the original customer call, meets with the customer to deliver an estimate, schedules the appointment, returns to complete the work (with an emphasis on thoroughness), and then follows up to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.” He’s the guy who takes the responsibility and gets the job done.
Located in Carlsbad, this growing new business serves all of the northern San Diego County. “But,” Mr. Dasher points out, “we do not have any specific boundaries.”
