New York, NY — We are happy to have produced this spring, a new site, look, and logo for New York City Chef, Melody Stazzone. She is also going to be offering classes throughout the year. We wanted to spotlight a few of her up-coming classes for our readers and fans.

Afraid you’ll never master baking?
Fear not: I can teach you basic techniques for measuring ingredients and preparing pans perfectly, to help you create extraordinary baked desserts. This class teaches Seasonal Muffins, Banana Bread, Cheddar-Drop Biscuits, Orange Cranberry Scones and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Urban BBQ:
Learn how to BBQ like a Pit Masters and you don’t need outdoor space. This class will teach students how to make your own BBQ Rub and Sauce. Menu includes, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Corn Bread and Red Velvet Cupcake.

Seasonal Pie Baking – Thanksgiving 2011:
Baking lessons with Melody Stazzone — This class will teach you everything you need to know to craft perfect pies for fall, as well as making a beautiful addition to your holiday table. You will learn how to prepare both a flaky crust, and sweet piecrust dough. Then, you will bake a choice of a classic Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Southern Pecan Pie or Chocolate Walnut Tart to take home.
